QC Photos: A Visible-Detail Checklist
Inspection images can help you compare visible details before international shipping. They cannot authenticate an item or prove that an electronic product works.
Match the order
Compare colour, size label, quantity and model details with the order record.
Look for visible problems
Check for obvious marks, uneven construction, missing pieces and package damage. Frame questions around a feature the camera can show.
Respect inspection limits
Sealed packaging, hidden components and functionality may not be inspectable. Do not turn a clear photo into an authenticity claim.
Decide before parcel submission
If something looks wrong, check the current return controls and seller conditions before the item is packed internationally.
